No GST is added (the business is not registered for GST). - Designs: 2 to 3 designs emailed within 24 hours of receiving the business name, trade and service area, Monday to Friday. Going live usually takes up to 2 business days after a design is chosen. Replacing an existing website can take longer. - Cancelling: no minimum term and no exit fee; cancel any time. We write the words too. - Hosting & maintenance: We host your site, keep it secure and updated, and keep an eye on it. Go live: We put it live on your domain, usually within 2 business days, get it listed on Google and keep it running. ## FAQ ### What does $99 per month cover? Everything in a standard trade website: the design and build, the words, hosting and maintenance, your .com.au domain, Google setup, your quote form and changes whenever you need them. There is no build fee and no GST is added. Online booking, payments, business email and SEO are extra and we quote them first. ### What happens in the first 24 hours? Once we have your business name, trade and the areas you work, we email you 2 to 3 designs within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. A Friday afternoon request lands on Monday. You pick one, we make your tweaks, and it usually goes live within 2 business days. Replacing an existing website can take a little longer. ### When do I pay? Only when you choose a design. Seeing the designs is free and needs no card. Your first $99 payment is taken when you sign up, then every month after that. ### Am I locked into a contract? No. There is no minimum term and no exit fee. Cancel any time by emailing us: your site stays up until the end of the month you have paid for, then it is switched off. And if you are not happy in the first 30 days after your first payment, we refund it in full. ### Do I own my domain and website? Your domain is registered in your business name and included while you are with us, so it is yours: if you leave, it goes with you at no cost. If you already have a domain, you keep it and we just point it at your new site. Your own logo, photos and enquiries are always yours. ### Will I be number one on Google? We set your site up so Google can find it and list it, and help with your Google Business Profile. Pushing you up the rankings (SEO) or running ads is a separate job we can quote. ### I already have a website. Can you replace it? Yes. We can put a fresh coat of paint on your website and bring it back to life. Send us a link to your current site and we will rebuild it with a modern look that works properly on phones. We keep what is working, like your services, photos and reviews, and fix what is not. You keep your existing domain, and we handle moving it across. Because it is a transfer rather than a fresh build, it can take a little longer than 24 hours. ### What if I want changes later? Just email us. Updates to your pages, services, photos, wording, pricing and contact details are included, usually done within 2 business days. If there is anything new or extra you want to bolt on, we can have a chat about it. ### I do not have photos or a logo. Is that a problem? No problem.
